Opening Day Has Arrived!

We officially opened our doors on June 9th to a whirlwind of excitement and busyness!

We made the decision to just open our doors. We were struggling to get all of the little details and pieces to fall into place and, with my perfectionist nature, I wanted everything just right before we opened our doors but I finally said “Let’s do this! We just need to trust the Lord that everything will fall into place.”

So, our doors opened and the Lord was so kind to give us an amazing opening day. We were so busy and our staff did an incredible job managing the constant flow of curious newcomers and excited Tiny Yeti Baking Co. veteran customers.

The transition was a bit challenging, going from planning and designing to now managing and operating. But our opening week was a huge success. 

Interestingly enough, our hottest item? Our Everything Bagels. We sold nearly 100(!!) in the first week alone.
