Core Infrastructure

Much of our work this month has been getting core parts of our infrastructure into place. We have ordered our point-of-sale system, billing and kitchen printers, tablets for taking orders, and we purchased restaurant billing software to align with government requirements. We have ordered glass for our new display case that will run the entire length of the bar. I have also hired an architect to help with the design and to maximize the use of our space. I am thrilled to have their expertise to help guide this process. There is a lot of work that is in progress that we are waiting to finalize.
